« Collective Loneliness » addresses a paradox of our time : more connected than ever, yet living through an epidemic of loneliness. These anthropomorphic sculptures give shape to this growing solitude within our over-connected society.

Hanne Arends is also showing two wall tapestries, « Bathing in Boredom » and « Silently Sipping », from her SOLO series, a tribute to evenings and moments spent alone, where boredom and silence become an act of care rather than absence.
